A return authorization number is required prior to returning any products for factory service and repairs. Products received without prior authorization are subject to being refused.

Authorized dealers may obtain a Return Authorization from our factory repair facility by providing the information in the form below. Click on the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of the page when finished. You will be contacted by a service representative to discuss the problem with you and provide the Return Authorization number to be used for your repair request.
